Program Overview

Managed by Hiroshima Animation Season, H-AIR Hiroshima Artist-in-Residence is a project that aims to enrich the art and cultural environment in Hiroshima as well as to help build the careers of the invited artists by inviting them to stay and work in the city for a long period of time.

Hiroshima Animation Season 2022 features a talk by three invited artists who are currently residing and working in Hiroshima City to report on their achievements. What kind of projects have the three artists plan to create during their stay in Hiroshima, and what kind of experiences have they have while interacting with local residents and other people in Hiroshima?　One of the Artistic Director Shizuka Miyazaki will moderate the discussion.
